Multi-page forms

Hi there
I am a complete novice at PHP so please excuse me if I am asking a dumb question.

I am 'trying' to design a Questionnaire Form for my firms website.
I just about managed to get it to work so it sends the results back to my email.

But... then I realised it is far too long for one page and realised the professionals split long forms onto several pages.
I have no idea how to do this!!!!

Can anyone point me in a direction where I can learn this process from the beginning!

I am not a progammer and it has taken me a long time to get to grips with HTML!!!!

I use FrontPage 2003 but also have Dreamweaver though I am only learning that!

the typical method for preserving data accross several page requests is using sessions. i suggest you do some google searching to find some relevant tutorials.

I have been trying to find a simple tutorial or better still a script I can improvise on.
I guess I finally decided to ask for help here cos it was driving me a little crazy!
