Has anyone noticed that new domain names only take a few hours to be active. ? last year it took 48 hours .
Yes, it's lovely isn't it. My mother was telling me about the time when her first domain became active, and a member of the parish would knock upon your window with a long stick to let you know all was well.
Since November 2004, .com,.net,.info probably .org update is almost instant in root nameservers.
After that spreading the info very fast, last time a domain becomes active within 1 minutes.
