connection problem

Hi

my problem is .. when I am hitting a PHP page inwhich database connectivity is used....it is showing this error ..

I cannot connect to the database because: Too many connections

and I am not able to fix it. Because my connection file didn't have any problem. and the same script runs sometime and sometime it is showing the above error..

please help me on this

Looks like the connection limit on the database being used is set too low. You should report this to the hosting company, or whoever manages the server and db.
