Unwanted hyperlinks !!!

Hi,
For some strange reason when one php script is run on my site and veiwd through Mozilla two of my buttons have hyperlinks on them which make the wrong thing happen when the button is pressed !

This doesn't happen when you veiw the page with IE

Has anyone else found this happenning ? and does anyone know why or what I can do about it ?

When you hit the Jobs button the 2 buttons come up for
"New Advert " and "Edit/Renew" Both of these have underlines on them and these are the hyperlinks.

The codding is actactly the same for the other pages and doesn't have any hypos in so I really don't know where they are from.

If you look at Motors or other sections , you will see that the buttons are fine !

Anyone got any ideas ?

Well, seeing as how your HTML is totally broken, it's anyone's guess what's going on (did you realise you were linking the style sheet seven times and that the opening <html> tag is more than halfway down the page? The W3C's HTML validator didn't even manage to get that far before giving up). Your CSS also throws dozens of errors on validation.

Basically, your problems go WAY beyond unexpected underlining. There is just no sensible way to deal with such a tiny cosmetic problem in light of such massive structural failure.

Well I haven't looked at my code from the view source before!

The reason for the duplicate css links is beacuase I put them at the top of each php script. As many scripts are rquested, then they read as one script with many duplications. Anyway I have saved my view source code and will look through it. Of course it won't show any php stuff, only the output.

Anyone else had problems with this hyperlinking buttons ?

fix your html and no doupt the problems you are having will go away.

Well I fixed it up !

I am really glad I posted this because now I will always check my code in the veiw source while I am doing the project rather than just looking at the browser result.

Anyway these crazy hyperlinks didn't go away until I move the code higher up in the script.

Anyway its solved now! Thanks all.

if this is the site you said youve fixed. www.yodbod.com, its not fixed.

you have two <head> sections. this code would never validate and therefore you can never expect a consistant layout.
