User Additions in Table

Hey.
I'm working on this site....

http://hiptop.nevanmedia.com/index.php

and want to allow visitors to add to the table that will show where outages are occuring, they will add by using this form:
http://hiptop.nevanmedia.com/report.php

How do I make it automated so I don't have to add by hand, it would be fine if it was a simple text file database and I can manually delete by editing the text file. Can anyone help me with this?

You could use a MySQL db or try file , fopen or readfile

I have never used these functions so I can't help you.
