When I send email using php mail function to hotmail, the format of email is ok. When the same email goes to Micorsoft Outlook,
(Extra line breaks in this message were removed. To restore, click ) format is wrong.

How to solve the problem?

What do you mean it's wrong? I've never had a problem. I just click the bar and restore the line-breaks and they work perfectly.

I want to know if it is possible to make the fix using PHP, so I don't to click the bar.

No, it's not possible. THat is a program that is doing that. PHP (to my knowledge) won't actually interact with a program. You could look for settings in Outlook, but to my knowledge, you can't format an email to get around it.

If someone disagrees, and knows how to get around it, please let us know as I would put this to use as well.

you cannot get around it - the e-mail is reformatted after it leaves your application.

you could send an image, but then some e-mail clients block those too

you might send a html mail and show white text on white background, but i dunno if it works

(MS Outlook) To keep messages intact (and avoid the message shown above), follow these steps: from the Tools menu, select Options, select the Preferences tab, click on e-mail Options and deselect Remove extra line breaks in plain text messages.
