Well, to start at the beginning? You're sure that the require()d file is being included?
Maybe
require_once "$includeRoot/obj/framework/bo/BusinessObject.php" or die("ouch!");
Just checking ... not knowing what errors the server is set to announce, y'know... 🙂
Barring that, I'd say post back with more information about the environment, etc. and check for bugs at bugs.php.net ... there was one a while back about this error and include vs. require IIRC, but it seems like it was a long time ago....
