Check out the PHP logo at http://www.php.net and then at http://uk.php.net Can you see a difference?
I've seen the dog before... that appears on every april first. I'm guessing that the owner of the uk.php.net mirror changed the image.
If you look on some of the other mirrors, you get either the dog or the normal php logo
