i need help with recordset sql

im trying to serach a database using a form dropdown munu with three choices ....i cant get the sql right for this too work..
this is what i have..

SELECT *
FROM Alba_Tension
WHERE Alba_Tension.SizeLIKE 'varSize%' OR Alba_Tension.Size_2 LIKE 'varSize_2%' OR Alba_Tension.Size_3 LIKE 'varSize_3%' OR Alba_Tension.Size_4 LIKE 'varSize_4%' OR Alba_Tension.Size_5 LIKE 'varSize_5%' AND Alba_Tension.Manufacturer LIKE 'varManufacturer' AND Alba_Tension.Offset LIKE 'varOffset'

my serch form is... Size....Offset......Manufacturer

Size menu is seraching five fields in the table
wich is size,size_2,size_3,size_4,size_5

offset and manufacturer is serching only one field each in the table
wich is offset and manufacturer

all fiels are in the same table..wich is Alba_Tension

can some one help me........😕
