moving tables around

Hello Chaps

Im am updating some data. And i need to move the order of the tables. ie

Table->Order
id
firstname
lastname
title

And i need it changing to
id
title
firstname
lastname

Can this be done with phpmyadmin. I cant see it in there. If no can i run a sql command to do this.

You can use alter table to drop and add the columns. But I don't understand why you would bother. What's wrong with selecting the columns in the order you want them?

select  id, title, firstname, lastname 
from myTable

We have made some database changes and they are in dufferent orders.

I think the best way possibly is to create fantom tables and do a php update to move all data to the required filed and then rename.
