pls anser to this question
last week i check such a problem (2-3 times)
site was online, but i can't access to cpanel or WHT (+ check email via outlook)
first time i try to cpanel i got such a error:
open3: fork failed: Cannot allocate memory at cpsrvd.pl line 3045
after this i cann't access to cpanel and wht.
all this time , my site was online !!
my hoster told, that it's my site overloaded.
pls tell me, can it be from site overloading, or it's another problem (may be on server side)
