[Resolved] how to unblock help!

hey, i posted this on general questions to...but how do you unblock sites? everything i used to use is now blocked also. pleeeeese help me. im new here and have no idea what im doing!

First off, this isnt the category to ask this kinda question, read the newbie forums to learn more

Fourthly, Happy over there was being polite and trying to make you realize that you were in the wrong, dont post your question more then once, dont post your question in more than one place, if you get it wrong the first time, a Moderator will move it to the appropriate place once it has been brought to their attention.
