how to install php,mysql and webserver

Hello, I am new to the field of Php and mysql.

I want to know free download websites of php, mysql and pws/iis and procedure to install.

1) So I want to know how to install PHP software, mysql database and also webserver.

2) Is it possible to use php on windows 98 or go to higher versions of windows.

3)wheter php works on PWS or I need to go to IIS.

4)Please tell me the websites where I can freley download mysql database and php or pws or iis.
