scan image from webpage problem

i am a new member in this forum....i am working in php environment...
i like to have help from others on one issue...

i have to scan image directly from webpage coded in php using a scanner, without using the scanning software....Is it possible ??

any reply for this problem will be useful for me....

Awhile back somebody else was in here trying to do something similar...the easy answer for you is 'no'.

You need a third-party application or Flash to do the actual screen capture. PHP can take it from there if necessary...
