submit data to different locations

How can I submit data from one form and post it to two different locations.

The first place I would post the data to would be a page on my site and insert it into a SQL DB. The second would be to submit the data to a link on another site at the end of a query string.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

after you process the data on your site send it along to wherever using [man]header[/man].

Any chance on receiving some sample code on how to accomplish this? I am a CF Developer converting over to PHP.
