On my site, when i goto www.mydomain.com sometimes i get the page, other times its just blank with the following:

it does not happen when i use firefox, only ie. In my logs this is what i see:
when i get the blank page:
IP - - [07/Apr/2005:21:06:12 -0400] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 3307 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; Maxthon; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)"
When i get the real page:
IP - - [07/Apr/2005:21:06:31 -0400] "GET /style.css HTTP/1.1" 304 - "http://www.mydomain.com/" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; Maxthon; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)"
