It's a video ringtone thing, too - do a google for "Jamster Crazy Frog" and there's also "Sweety Chick" by jamster which is the same, but different - If you weren't forced to watch Crazy Frog every advert break, then have to hear it on the tube, then hear every school kid doing it then it might not be so offensive. It's probably worse than "Waaazzzzzuppppppppp" which is really, really, really saying something.

Well, the content of the song is, mediocre at best, and the actual video is CHEEZY. I would commend the artist (whoever it is) on trying it, but then rip out his vocal chords and brain 'cause he's an idiot.
