Hey
In my php code I have a link that uses several variables. Sometime the variables are words and phrases with spaces. Whenever the phrase has a space, it cuts off everything after the space. For example:
http:/www.mysite.com/blah.php?$keyword&$otherstuff
when they click this link: http://www.mysite.com/blah.php?America+The+Book
it gets passed as:
http://www.mysite.com/America
Anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks
Look at using [man]urlencode[/man].
bump
First of all, this isn't your thread; why are you bumping it?
Second of all, why are you bumping it period?
Third of all, a solution to fix the problem has already been posted.
hmm... but the URI used already is urlencoded.
Very, very sorry. I misread the post.
Is there a place we can see an example of this? Perhaps post a link to the page you tried this on?
It looks as though it is encoded just fine... I can't think of why it would be calling that URI instead.
