You need to go out and get a real hosting account, instead of using those crappy freebie accounts.

You can get a 10GB traffic/200MB disk space hosting account from them for about $35/year. It doesn't get any cheaper than that and eHostPros has been very responsive in tech support - no problems.
phpMyAdmin is the best tool for the job. I wouldn't even bother reinventing the wheel to do database administration if a tool like that exists. Besides, eHostPros has phpMyAdmin already installed on the server.
