Specifically, the FAQ in this very forum states:

PHPBuilder.com have a contract with Dice that doesn't allow them to host job openings. There are no exceptions to this.
Pretty much answers that question. It's frustrating, I know (I don't have a problem with job postings if it's done in a Job Postings forum), but you have to follow the board rules, or deal with the LART! 🙂
