can't php4ts.dll file

When I try to open a page containing any php code I get an error message stating it can't open the application because it can't find the php4ts.dll file.

This file is located in the extensions folder in the php folder.

Any suggestions.

Put it in the root of your PHP folder instead of the extensions directory. Also, make sure you properly defined the location of the PHP directory in your php.ini file. Also, if running Apache, you need to restart the Apache service after making changes to your php.ini file.
