PHP5 and XSLT

I am using PHP5 and Apatche 2.5 on a Windows 2000 platform. Do I need any extension to use XSLT?

PHP5 comes with a XML library, which can handle XSLT.

You do not need to install any other extensions to get it to work.

I was thinking the same. However, what the manual says is confusing. I would appreciate if you can look at the following link.

I could not even find the three dll files in all the downloads. It is rather confusing and I appreciate if anyone has a suggestion on this.
