Alias Domain / DNS question

We've got a server running Windows Server and IIS. PHP 4.3.1 installed and running wonderfully with the default domain ( www.<mainsite>.com)

We have recently set up an alias domain on the same machine ( www.<aliassite>.com) . For whatever reason PHP will not run when hitting the alias site (www.alissite.com/website/aogc/index.php). But it will run if I hit the same page through the default site ( www.mainsite.com/website/aogc/index.php). They are the same page yet PHP won't load accessing through the alias site. The folks hosting the site and implementing my DNS don't have a clue why. Any ideas?

sounds like your web server not load the PHP engine when you request a alias domain page, try to check IIS configure for alias
