EditPlus
I use EditPlus to do 99% of my HTML, Java, PHP, CSS coding. Haven't had a problem with it yet. HUGE user base, and a well performing piece of software. It's free, for a bit, then it is like $25 dollars for life. It's worth donating to. You could run this under VirtualPC if you have to.
TextMate
This is probably the one I recommend. It's very close to the Windows "EditPlus" text editor, which is what I use, and it seems to have nice features. I've only heard good things about this. It's 39 (Euros) though.
BBEdit
If you have $200 to kill (which you probably don't) BBEdit is a good one to kill it on.
You could always find VirtualPC for mac and run your windows program under it.
