Sending Email via Web Form

I have created a form that a user fills in. Then when submit is pressed it is sent to my email address.

However, the email does not send. There are no errors with the code. Do I need to change config file???

Actually, how about posting some code? Since we don't know what your code or config file look like, then without it, it's kind of tough to help you out on this one.
