I am new to PHP and need alot of help. I want to change my website from html to PHP. Is there a downloadable template that you just upload onto your website that allows you to login, add/delete/edit pages and manage users easily?

if you just want a pre built system, then your probably just looking for a cms, plenty can be found here.
if however you want to customize your cms, or build your own, the best place to start learning php would be the manual.
