Large XML file parsing

Hello,
I have a rather large (60.4M😎 XML file that I need to remove duplicates from. The problem really comes with the fact that they are not real duplicates, I am only concerned with one of the fields. The XML file contains a url section (not part of a tag) that is sometimes duplicated. I need to be able to remove the entire record if the URL exists in another record.
