Display "page Loading" while it is waiting to load a page

Hi

I have web site which has lots of links to other web sites. When somebody click on the link it passed the ID and gets the link from Mysql and loads it. It works well. Does anybody see problem with that?.

While it is loading the other site can I display like the "page loading please wiat" or something like that in the loading page. Is there a way we can do this by PHP.
