multipart email creation

email generator... to generate emails for inclusion in php...

are there any windows tools to do this?
i have been writing multipart emails for years now... manually typing the HTML and plain text parts...
Im sure u'll know it takes.... forever for large emails

Are there any tools to do this for you?
I have looking in things like outlook..

They dont seem to a way to view the raw email.

Well a really cheap and cheerful way, create a html email in Thunderbird, press save. Go to the drafts folder and then file -> save as. Then you're offered the format of .eml, .txt or .html
