How and where to link shoping cart??

i'm student my teacher give me project on shoping cart. my problem is that i want to make a shop cart and link to that site who is make payments. i've opened an account at www.ikobo.com. OR where to open the account for shoping cart. The probelm is that how to link shoping cart to ikobo's account. i've only 4 days to submit the project to college. Please somebody help me.
