is short, I want to code a php framework, a framewok that do nothing (not a web site manager) but provide a set of high php classes (library) ready to use.
we don't have to code everything from scratch, porting exsiting clasees (ex: smarty) to fit the framework would be better, then release all under LGPL with fine document.
I don't have any real code yet, but I'm close to finish XML class, the next is error handling, well! I don't have clear plan yet.
