I'm querying a remote server about 10000 times in quick succession... and I don't want to bring it down 🙂
I was wondering if there's any way to halt processing for half a second or so in between loops. I poked around php.net and couldn't find a single function...
If it makes any difference the entire virtual server will be dedicated to running the script.
