Notepad Editing

How do you edit a PHP file with notepad???

Open the file. Edit the file. Save the file.

I realized that... but how do I actually edit it, like what do I go to?

im assuming you have the php file on your local computer. in which case right click the file and click "open with" or if it doesnt say that then click "open" it should bring up a box asking which program to use, then click on notepad. then the file will open up with the php code. edit and save it when youre done.

if the file is on a server, you need to download it to your computer first. use a ftp client.

Or, go to Start>Run
type notepad
Click File>open
browse to file.
