duplicating files and tables

hey im not much on writing scripts. i was wondering if anyone knew of a script copies and renames files and sql tables. when a user signs up.

Edit: I have a blog script. When a new user signs up i want it to copy the blog and all of it's sql and paste it as a new site for them. maybe that makes since.

Two options: one, Google for it, two, give up your resolution to not be "much on writing scripts", start one, and then ask us for help.

OTOH, maybe somebody can help. But I'm in the latter camp; if I need a solution and don't know of one, I roll my own 😉
