stuborn offset error in snippet

I assigned values to called varibales in the script at http://www.phpbuilder.com/snippet/download.php?type=snippet&id=1374. However I still have these errors and not sure how to deal with them.

How do I fix the script to remove the eroors

Well, seems like you're using a var $ID which does not exist

could be register_globals (search for it here)

could be something complete different but without code... 😕

I recieved many errors when first posted script from snippit which can be found when hitting the link. I simply declared values in the begging.

if(!$ID == ""){

that's the first time you use $ID
at this time there's no value assigned to $ID and therefor you get the error message

try searching for register_globals and use $GET['ID'] instead of $ID
in addition place

if (empty($_GET['ID'])) {
// $_GET['ID'] is not set (no parameter provided in link) or 0
  $_GET['id'] = '';
//of course you may use any other initial value
}
