dynamically loading sound files into swf or fla

does anyone know how to, or where to look for help dynamically loading sound files, whether mp3 or wav, into a flash swf or fla file using PHP?

example:

i upload an mp3 to my server. once uploaded the file is then imported into a swf or fla file already on the server which compresses it accordingly and creates a named swf copy, then deletes the original mp3 file.

possible? has to be.
