What does this mean?

I'm completely new at this and am trying to understand what this statment is telling me.

if ($bbuserinfo['usergroupid'] == X AND $forumid != X AND $forumid != X 
AND $forumid != X OR $bbuserinfo['userid'] == 0 
AND  !preg_match("#(searchenginename)#si",  $_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'])) {   print_no_permission(); }
 

Can someone please help me translate this into english? :o

it basiscally says, if the user doesnt have access to this section or they arent a searchengine then show them "no permission"

Thanks so much for your response. I wonder, if I wanted to allow specific users to specific forums and do the same for the search engine, what would the code be?

I was actually under the impression that the above code was doing that, but I guess I was told wrong. :bemused:
