I am very confused as to why, the local value of open_basedir is set (in my virtual server) when there is no .htaccess file.
if you go http://www.sematopia.com/wbc/phpinfo.php , you will see for open_basedir, the master value is 'no value', but for the local value there is /home/httpd/vhosts/sematopia.com/httpdocs:/tmp
I tried making an .htaccess file to override this, but it does not work. I also tried turning off safe mode. Does anyone know what I can do?
