Installing Webalizer on Windows ?

I have Apache running on a 2003 server with PHP and GD libs enabled.I want to run Webalizer to view logs and monitor webstats.How will I go about installing this on windows ?

This isn't about PHP, is it? This is about Webalizer. Or have you asked the same question in Windows Server 2003 and GD Lib forums as well?
