I dont know if anyone can help me out, but i hope so. I am new to php, i have gone through a training cd and read wrox php4 , and im still not getting it.
I am working on an assessment system. Here is what is suppose to happen. The user logs in. LDAP authenticates the user and based on the log in they will either be , "t" teacher , "s" school, "d" district . If you are district then you should be able to see a list of 3 grades (k,1,2) and there will be 4 quarters per school year. if you log in as the teacher then you should only be able to see the students in your class (should by pass all grades and all schools) and go straight to class. and if you are school level then you can see a list of teachers and go from there.
The drop down for teacher student and school works fine ..... That is pretty much the middle of the program i am trying to write. I need help with the login and what displays thereafter and then once logged in where they go and i guess once you get the list of students i need to pull the required data for that student and show it in a table .....
Im sorry for not understanding this stuff, I am dealing with $_Sessions also . Any help would be much appreciated..
