Having trouble with bugin trouble ticket system

Hello,

I just tried installing the bugin trouble ticketing system to help keep track of bugs with our telvita phones. I installed it to http://www.telvita.com/tickets/, however it does not look right. It is not displaying the images or the links when you log in. I was hoping that someone could help give me some insight on how to fix this.

Also, if you have anohter ticketing system in mind that may work better, I would be willing to try it.

ATM, I'd say it's worse than that. PHP is reporting that it can't open needed files that are to be included in its compilation of the script.

Your directory permissions or file permissions (specifically the folder "conf" and perhaps the file "conf/config.inc.php" are apparently not readable by the web server. Get in there and change the permissions to be readable by the web server, and then let's see what's up ....

Did instructions come with the ticket system?

If so, look for the keyword "permission' or 'CHMOD', as these words are likely to tell you what the required permission settings need to be.
