Mass Table Updates?

I've been working on my Gaming Clubs website for some time now and a new thing came out and I have to put a small page together for this..

What I'm looking to do is this.

We have a table that will at times have over 50 to 100 Rows at a time and it will most likely keep on growing.

Now what I want to do is the following. Have an edit page where i can edit more then 1 row at a time..

Say like edit 10 or 20 or even 50 rows at a time..

Is this possiable? I have never really had to do update values before.. Mostly just send it to the database type stuff 🙂

Yeah its possible, if your using MYSQL then the below query would work to update stuff

UPDATE `table` SET value=1 WHERE ID=>1 AND ID =< 50

that would update the value to 1 in 'table' for every id number between(and including) 1 and 50

is that the sort of thing you were after?
