need help with forms using php

Greetings,

I have two forms that I am trying to create to allow data to be submitted to an email address.

The first form is as follows:
http://www.nusqu.com/appraisal.html

The second form is at:

http://www.nusqu.com/approval.html

Please help. I need a PHP file for each form so that the data can be sent to an email address for a real estate agent.

Are you asking for someone to do your work for you? Tsk Tsk Tsk. The point of this forum is to get HELP with your code, not get someone to write it for you. Even so, compensation would be nice to get if we wrote your code for you. But, that would violate the rules of the board.

If you want code, and you don't want to write it, hire a free-lance person to do it. We (meaning all helpers on this board) have lives outside of PHP. I know I don't want to write code that someone will benefit from if I can't.

I have the php files but i did not upload them. I used an application to write them. They are now uploaded again.

im having problems getting the information from the forms to be sent to an email address. I get an error each time i try to submit the information.

Okay, what's the error? What code are you working with? How can we help, if you don't give us information as to what you are doing, and what you have?

On the www.nusqu.com/approval.html page when i submit infomation i get this error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '<' in /homepages/17/d94674561/htdocs/approval.php on line 785

On the www.nusqu.com/appraisal.html page after submitting the infomation I get this error:

Line numbers, and parse errors are good, but I can't see where you're going wrong unless you either attach the PHP file, or post the lines around where you get the errors.

Okay. Here's your problem:

You don't close your HTML tags. Your entire page is malformed.

Approval.php

Each tag has to close in HTML. My suggestion to you is this: validate your HTML. Disregard the DocType errors, but get the others out of the way. Just use the w3c validator and it will give you all the errors you could ever find. Or go line by line and edit it yourself. I would do it for you, but it's almost every line in approval.php and quite a few in appraisal.php.
