Is Ftp_rawlist working on a windows server with PHP 5 ?

Because of the fact it doesn't work with PHP 4 for some reasons http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=8874, I ask myself if this issue is fixed with PHP 5?

Please does anybody knows ?

I also tell that I talk in case of using IIS server.
