Uploading pics to my website by e-mail?!?!?

I have been searching for a way to upload pics to my website by e-mail, but I have found nothing!
There must be a way to strip out a pic from an e-mail and have it put in a directory on my website?
I have been looking at PEAR and GD (these I have on my server) but I cannot work out how to get the pic to the website via e-mail.
All help most greatfully received!!!!
