Possible to install GD on a Windows Server?

I set up a home-server today [Apache with PHP 4.3.11], and would like to install GD on it seeing as some of the stuff I run on my actual server uses the GD library to do certain stuff.

I looked around and could only find linux tarballs. Is there a way to get GD running on a Windows system?

php on windows comes with a compiled dll for using gd. in your php.ini file find the line
;extension=php_gd2.dll and remove the ;

also make sure extension_dir=/path points to the real location where those extensions are located.
