When adding images on my site I receive the following error message:

Eventhough I have this error, the picture is added successfuly. But as a result other pics tend to dissappear. Usually I add these pictures that dissapeard and get the following error:

Again, the picture will show up and everything looks fine until I have to add another product and picture to the database via php interface.
I know I am very vague in my description but maybe you will be able to help me where to look for the problem. What may cause this problem.
It is important that I use ImageMagic to work with downloaded images.
The set up is PHP/MySQL with ImageMagic on Unix server.
