Why not just code it on your own? All it does is correlate a numerical value based upon your rating (positive = 1, neutral = 0, bad = -1) and store it in a database. Then, it stores your name, what you said (comments), and what you rated them. Their user-name has a corresponding value of the sum of all their responses. Then, if they're positive, you divide the total by the positive to get a percentage.
