How can I export text from a web page to a word document?

Here are the details:

I have text inside a web on a paragraph form.
At the bottom of that paragraph theres a button.
If you clicked that button, it must load a word document with the paragraph inside it.
I researched on the COM functions in php but it ain't working.

I hope someone can help me with this problem. thnks!
