how can we display popup window without clicking the object?

is there a way in php where a popup window can be displayed without clicking the object...

something like when you point the mouse to a text a popup window will show...

let say when i click on the name a contact information will be displayed in a new window...

what if user is currently using popup blocker and i want my window to bypass this....

Well, it wouldn't be a very good popup blocker, would it? If they want to see your popup then the blocker should provide a way to allow them to view it (you may need to point this out to them). If they don't want to see it, then why force it on them?

And none of your recent questions have had anything to do with PHP. PHP doesn't know about "clicking" or "popups" or "windows". It gets sent lumps of (usually) text, and spits back lumps of (usually) text. That's all. If you want client-side whizbangery, you want Javascript, and for help with that you want a Javascript forum.
